Doreen Smith led a Field Trip to Mt. Burdell Open Space Preserve, in Novato for the Marin and Milo Baker Chapters of the California Native Plant Society.
We split into two groups because of the number of people who took part.
A few of the species seen were Blennosperma nanum var. nanum (little blennosperma). Lasthenia californica ssp. californica (gold-fields), and Eschscholzia californica (California poppy).
